Returns Policy


At Woodlands DIY Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your item, we are happy to assist you with our hassle-free returns policy.

Please read the following guidelines for a smooth return experience:

1. Returns Eligibility
 

  • You are able to return your item within 28 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns, such as a receipt or order confirmation



2. Returning Products
 

  • For items purchased In store or via Click & Collect, please visit our store during our regular business hours. Delivered items will need to be collected before any refund is completed.

  • To assist with your return, please approach our friendly staff at the trade counter. From here they will begin the refund process. Online orders can be refunded using the Contact Us form. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase​

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account. 



3. Exchange
 

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please let our staff know, and they will be happy to assist you.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.



4. Non-returnable Items
 

  • For health and safety reasons, certain items may have product specific return conditions - such as part-used gas bottles
  • Perishable goods or items that may be too close to the Use By Date - such as plaster
  • Customized or personalized items, such as timber products that have been cut to sizes that we deem unsaleable



5. Damaged or Faulty Items
 

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please inform us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.



6. Returns Without Proof of Purchase
 

  • In cases where you do not have a receipt, we may still be able to help. Just provide our staff with as much information as possible with regard to your original sale. 

Please note that our in-store returns policy may be subject to change, and exceptions may apply based on individual circumstances.
